Hotel Tax: 12.5 %

Hotel cut-off date: January 16, 2025   

Resort fee: $30.00 per room, per night plus applicable taxes.

Self-Parking: Hotel provides a discount of 50% on prevailing self-parking rates (currently $38.00 per day, plus applicable taxes).

Valet Parking: $54.00 per day, plus applicable taxes

DEPOSIT POLICY:  All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time (5 day[s] before arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee of 1 night + taxes if you must cancel after this deadline.

Early Departure Fee:  Hotel may charge attendees as liquidated damages and not a penalty $313.88 as compensation for the harm cause to the Hotel by unscheduled early departures. An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s schedule departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

No-show will be charged the rate of their room (including taxes and fees).

Check in time is after 4:00 pm; check out time is before 11:00 am.
